The First Bag Guarantee: Love your first bag of our coffee, or it’s on us. We’ll issue a full refund with no return required.
The Fine Print:
- Perishables: Since coffee is fresh-roasted, we cannot accept returns on subsequent orders.
- Damages: Notice something wrong? Let us know within 48 hours for a swift exchange.
- Shipping: Standard shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake with your delivery.
